Stable package|up to 12 guests

Our Stable Package takes care of all the essentials — from personalised planning to seamless setup — ideal for focused small meetings of up to 12 guests.

  • Hassle‑Free Setup & Pack down: Whether you’re hiring external equipment or using our Raceway furniture, we’ll take care of delivery, installation and pack down.

  • Early Access: From an arranged time on the day of your function, where you’re able to finalise your setup.

  • Convenient Amenities: Complimentary on‑site parking, high‑speed Wi‑Fi, air conditioning/heating and full wheelchair access.

  • Exclusive Catering: All food is prepared by Kerr and Ladbrook. (Catering charges are additional.)

  • Use of the Boardroom and winners bar for half a day

  • 65” TV with HDMI cable and wireless clicker

  • Large square boardroom table with chairs (seats 12-16)

  • Water jugs and glasses

  • Raceway pad and pens

  • On‑site event support for the duration of your day
