Cambridge Raceway is steeped in history, from humble beginnings as a trotting club over a century ago it has built on its heritage and evolved into a multipurpose entertainment venue and the home of Harness racing in the Waikato. 

Waikato-BOP Harness Racing will hold 41 race meetings at Cambridge Raceway during the 2024/25 racing season which runs from the 1st August 2024 to 31st July 2025. 

On site facilities include the Clubhouse Sports Bar which is open Tuesday to Sunday, along with a range of function spaces which are available for hire 24/7. We also have a range of furniture and décor items available for hire which can be viewed here.
