The Tony Herlihy-trained Double Delight’s debut win at Alexandra Park last Friday has placed her in fourth spot on the 2YO Ruby standings, securing her place in next month’s juvenile feature. Ahwel moved up the rankings to sixth position after his win at Cambridge Raceway last week, while Kowhai Sunset is one place ahead after winning at Rangiora last Sunday. Night Watch has been withdrawn. King City currently sits in 12 position after his fourth-placed result at Alexandra Park last Friday.

Cambridge Mitre 10 Harness Jewels 3YO Ruby

Top three-year-old fillies Aldebaran Floss and Wanna Play have been withdrawn from the Jewels. The duo quinellaed the New Zealand Trotting Oaks at Addington and were in fifth and second positions respectively on the Jewels standings. Their withdrawal has allowed Maui and Paramount Princess to enter the qualifying fray. Five fillies will go head-to-head in the Gr.3 Haras des Trotteurs Northern Trotting Oaks (2200m) at Alexandra Park tonight, including $1.40 favourite Time Up The Hill, who sits in second position behind Derby winner Five Wise Men.

The big move of the week in the 4YO Ruby has been the withdrawal of Group One performer Cracker Hill. His absence has allowed Majestic Harry and King Of The North into the top 12.

There have been three withdrawals in the 2YO Diamond, including Diamond Artisan, Nutcracker, and Chantilly. Anna Love’s victory at Rangiora has improved her to 10th position in the standings, while Woodlea Beaver and Allegra have moved in 11th and 12th place respectively.
