The Raceway aiming at hire targets

The Cambridge Raceway is expanding its portfolio and has added furniture and décor hire to the current function room hire service.

There are several fantastic spaces available for hire that can accommodate events of varying sizes and styles.  The Taylor Street location is right in the heart of Cambridge with plenty of parking making it ideal for locals and visitors alike.

There are six rooms to choose from and catering options. From board meetings to trade fairs the Cambridge Raceway has room to accommodate 10-500 people.

"Our team works hard to provide amazing experiences," said events Co-Ordinator Shannon Bint-Popplewell. "We're available for AGM's, Christmas parties, school balls, weddings, awards evenings, and any manner of celebration or meeting.

Bint-Popplewell and the passionate team of experienced experts are on hand to help clients through every aspect of the event coordination process and help ensure the event is a success.

The Cambridge Raceway also offers daily delegate packages and specialised in team building services tailoring activities to get everyone working together, creating corporate fun days and achieving excellent results for clients.

The centre is fully licensed and has great bar facilities.

 The Cambridge Raceway have recently launched a new aspect to their business- the furniture and décor hire. 

"It made a lot of sense to create a hire business as we have a lot of furniture and props from events that is underutilised," Bint-Popplewell said.

"Our products make up the 'nuts and bolts' of any event."

Items on offer for hire include seating, tables, artificial trees, hanging lights and even croquet sets.

"Hiring is cost-effective and gives you the opportunity to customise your wedding or event," Bint-Popplewell said.
